Kenton W. Freeman
Chief Operating Officer
Kent Freeman has been with Ingram for more than 20 years. In his current role, Kent will have responsibility for overall production and technology activities of Ingram Digital. Prior positions include Chief Technology Officer of Ingram Digital, Senior Vice-President for Business Development of Ingram Book Group, Chief Technology Officer of Ingram Book Group, President of Ingram Customer Systems and President of Ingram Fulfillment Services. He has served as Chair of the Book Industry Study Group, a non-profit organization that provides research and standards development for the book industry and as Chair of the Book Industry Systems Advisory Committee.
Mr. Freeman attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
William Chesser

William Chesser has been with Ingram Digital since July of 2006, and before that was with VitalSource Technologies as Vice President from 1996. Mr. Chesser joined VitalSource as its second employee in 1996, and was thus instrumental in early design, development, and implementation of the business.
Prior to moving to VitalSource, Mr. Chesser was Assistant Director of Training for the National Paideia Center, and K-12 teacher-training and instructional-development organization in the School of Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In that role, Mr. Chesser worked with a high-profile collection of educators from around the U.S. to develop classroom innovation strategies and techniques and to deliver them to school systems across the country.
Before working at the Paideia Center, Mr. Chesser worked in the central office for Durham Public Schools, and was a teacher and coach. He holds a BA in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MA in English Literature from North Carolina Central University.
Rich Rosy

Rich Rosy is an industry thought leader and brings a wealth of experience to Ingram Digital. Mr. Rosy’s understanding of the e-book marketplace and how libraries adopt them enables Ingram Digital to develop our solutions in a manner that meets the needs of our customers. Rich has been a featured speaker at several key events, such as the Charleston Conference and has been interviewed for several key publications, including Against the Grain and Information Today. Rich is also the VP & GM for Ingram Library Services.
Mr. Rosy was previously Vice President and General Manager of NetLibrary, a subsidiary of OCLC (Online Computer Library Center). Prior to joining NetLibrary, Mr. Rosy was Executive Vice President of Centrobe, an EDS company specializing in publishing and customer relationship management services.
Mr. Rosy received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Northern Illinois. He and his family reside in Nashville, Tennessee.
Andrew A. Weinstein

Andrew Weinstein joined Ingram Digital Ventures, the predecessor company to Ingram Digital, in September 2005. Previously, Mr. Weinstein spent five years at Lightning Source Inc., most recently as Vice President of Channel and Publisher Development. In that role he had responsibility for all aspects of Lightning Source's e-book business. In addition, he managed the business development and operational relationships for Lightning Source's key print-on-demand distribution customers, including Amazon, B&N, Ingram Book Group, NACSCORP and Baker & Taylor.
Mr. Weinstein came to Lightning Source through the acquisition of JNMedia, Inc., a leading developer of publishing technology. JNMedia, Inc.'s EPODIUM technology, Electronic Publishing On Demand In Unlimited Media, helped publishers create a platform to multi-purpose book content for print, electronic, and online/offline marketing uses.
Before co-founding JNMedia, Inc., Mr. Weinstein was an Associate Director at BMG Direct, the world's largest direct mail music club, where he managed the financial/marketing analytical group. In this capacity, he developed many of the analytical models used to evaluate the music club membership's purchasing trends and to forecast their contribution to the business more accurately. In addition, he actively contributed to and managed the development, measurement, and deployment of all new online initiatives.
Mr. Weinstein received his B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and his MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Tyler Ruse

Tyler Ruse has been with Ingram Digital since February 2008. Leveraging his more than a decade of digital publishing experience, Mr. Ruse is building technologies and partnerships to ensure that the CoreSource digital asset management and distribution platform maintains its world-class level of service. In addition to CoreSource, Mr. Ruse is charged with leading content ingestion across all Ingram Digital platforms.
Prior to joining Ingram Digital, Mr. Ruse led the technology and product development groups at codeMantra, LLC. There Mr. Ruse built digital publishing tools and workflows as well as content distribution systems focused on helping the publishing community bridge the gap from traditional print to both print and digital products.
Mr. Ruse also spent over five years building content ingestion systems for digital book, journal, and audio content for OCLC NetLibrary, helping publishers build digital products in the industry’s infancy.
Mr. Ruse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
